Some seek Love as they would perfume,
  A whiff of this, a spritz of that
  Rub a little in (but not too much!)
      and see how it smells.

  Dilletantes, they are called, and worse
  things - spiritual shoppers, thieves, underminers
      of tradition.

  Nadeem pities them, and has room left
  over for their critics, too.

  There is no shopping to do.

  There is only one Love, ever perfect, ever present.
  Nothing can be taken.
